Cancellation & Refund Policy
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at with your order number mentioned in the subject line.
In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, you can simply refuse to accept the order and inform us of the same via email.
Return / Replacement Policy
You can EXCHANGE/RETURN the product in case of defect or wrong product received.
1. Customers can return/ replace their order within 3 days of the order delivery.
2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packagings intact.
3. For exchange/ replacement requests, products must be in their original and brand new condition.
3. No returns applicable on Deal Of the Day Products.

5. After we receive your request we'll need 72hrs time to validate the return and resolve the issue. After validation reverse pickup will be assigned.
(The Reverse Pick up facility is currently available on limited pin-codes)
6. If you choose to self-ship your product(s), you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped product(s), we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
7. Share us the courier receipt in mail with the above details so that we can dispatch the replaced order asap.
